教育部供需对接就业育人项目平台公布了2024年第四期项目名单。烟台富美特信息科技股份有限公司（食品伙伴网）入选农林行业三类项目，分别为定向人才培养培训项目、就业实习基地项目、人力资源提升项目。
供需对接就业育人项目由教育部搭建平台，教育部高校学生司(高校毕业生就业服务司)组织开展的，面向各类企业、事业单位和行业协会征集项目指南，组织高校与发布项目指南的用人单位开展对接。这是教育部深入贯彻落实党中央、国务院“稳就业”“保就业”决策部署，持续推进深化高等教育改革、完善市场化社会化就业促进机制的重要举措之一，旨在汇聚更多社会力量共同做好高校毕业生就业工作。用人单位与高校通过开展定向人才培养、就业实习基地建设、人力资源提升等方面合作，帮助用人单位培养和招聘更多实用型、复合型和紧缺型人才，推动高校人才培养与就业有机联动、人才供需有效对接，促进高校毕业生更加充分更高质量就业。
